Studio type unit, with Murphy bed, full bath stove, microwave, refrigerator, central heat and air.
A solarium sun room is attached to this unit. A 600 square foot entertaining deck with BBQ overlooks the harbor. Large window bring in the view form the river side.
This unit is available by the weekend, week or month to berths, their guests or referrals.
If visiting by boat, guest slip and house will be offered as a package, depending upon availability of each.
